Once the pre-sales have closed, all orders will then begin production. Once production has been completed all orders are then shipped to Neverlift HQ, our lighting options take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and around 2 weeks from completion of production to arrive at HQ as they are shipped via air mail. Once your order has arrived at HQ, order processing will then begin and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders usually arrive within a week from the date of shipping for U.K customers and 2-3 weeks for international customers.
