NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any damage or serious injury in connection with the installation or misuse of our hardware and/or our vehicle accessories, this is part of the sale agreement. 

Our carbon fibre products are not designed for excessive force and/or weight, due to the nature of carbon fibre extreme forces can cause cracks in the material or failure. 

Our steering wheels and hardware products are for off road use only and are not road legal. It is the buyers responsibility to source, fit, use, and maintain parts correctly, NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED does not accept liability for damage or injury due to improper use, incorrect installation, road use or poor maintenance of our products.

NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any cost incurred by customers in relation to installation, repair, or removal of products supplied by NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED or any costs associated with the effects of improper fitting, improper use, using non street legal product on the road or poor maintenance. NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED does not accept responsibility for any damage caused to other components as the result of a failure of a product sold by NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED.

NEVERLIFT WORLD LIMITED is an aftermarket parts sourcing agent and is not authorised to provide information on the compatibility of aftermarket parts already fitted to a customers vehicle. Customers are advised to seek professional advice about fitting aftermarket parts to their vehicle prior to purchasing and should only use certified vehicle technicians and specialists when completing upgrades or modifications.
